Mr. Dubeau has been a director and Chief Executive Officer of Atlantis Technology Group for 6 years. During that time he successfully managed Atlantis Business Development the former name of Atlantis Technology Group as a BDC (Business Development Corporation, completed 2 successful spin offs, funded several start up companies and returned dividends to share holders. Most recently has founded Global Online Television Corporation GOTV, a Global IPTV Service provider that will launch in the 1st Quarter of 2010.

Mr. Dubeau has extensive knowledge in computer programming, network administration, VOIP (voice over the internet ), SIP trunking, H.323 , FOIP (fax over the internet ) T.38 protocol, IPTV ( internet protocol television MP4 H.264 codec's, Linux, FreeBSD, Web Design, and

Freddy Ganem (Director)
Mr. Ganem has been a co owner of a highly successful remodeling business for 23 years. During 1973 to 1979 Mr. Ganem was the production planner for SIGMA Instruments, a multi million dollar business. His assistance had SIGMA’s production increase 50% in 1978 and 70% in 1979. Mr. Ganem has extensive management abilities and business expertise.
